Apple has been able to maintain the hype, excitement and functionality of the iPod with the iPhone, the much awaited GSM mobile phone with the easy to use Apple look ,feel and touch.

Consumers in Australia are not able to purchase the Apple iPhone directly from Apple which has meant the introduction of the underground community , who like their internet and unix counterparts are always able to make a plan. Most to the teenage market and the twenty something want to be consumers of the iPhone cannot afford post-paid mobile contracts and therefore pre-paid packages and offers best fit this demographics budgets. Most of all the Prepaid services in the Australian market place have proven to work with the Apple iPhone.
